This company offered some deals so good that I used them myself. They also did Broadband.

Don't worry if it appears to be crashed when you link to them, it isn't, it's just a badly designed and overly bloated webpage on their site.

Except it really is crashed. They made a deal to sell the company and the buyer went bust taking the site down with them.
